2025 Judoka Of The Year
The 2025 JNZ Judoka of the Year Award has been presented to Noah Walliss (BIG AK).
Unfortunately Noah was overseas training and competing and was unable to attend the 2025 Nationals to accept his award.
Noah began his judo journey at ‘Big Judo City’ in July 2015. In 2019, he committed to nine months in Sydney Australia training at ‘Zenbu’ and again relocating to the UK at ‘Camberley Judo’ in 2022 for a dedicated three‑year training block. As of 2025, he has returned to Sydney and is now training full‑time at Zenbu.
This sustained commitment and sacrifice have shaped Noah into an internationally competitive Judoka, and he is now working towards selection for the upcoming Commonwealth Games.

Gold – NSW Championships
Gold – Tahiti Oceania Championships
Gold – Hangzhou Asian Open
Silver – Lima Pan-American Open
