OJU Elite Athlete Scholarship
Wednesday, 21 July 2010 12:53

Lee Calder (WJA AK) has been awarded one of three available OJU Elite Athlete Scholarships for 2010. This provides Lee with USD5000 to assist him in his goal of representing NZ at the 2012 Olympic Games.

Lee is currently training in Japan thanks to a University Judo Club scholarship, and will be joining the New Zealand team to compete in the OJU Championships in Canberra next month. Lee's OJU Scholarship has the ability to be extended for a further 12 month period.

Congratulations Lee, and good luck for the achievement of your goals.
